Oct. 15th, 2010 09:45 amSo I just started a chat with a Concast customer service rep, which lasted until I realized that I needed to get our account number from my roommate. I opted for a chat so I could avoid too much human interaction, but what I got sure sounded like a robot. Their canned responses and assurances are probably meant to be reassuring, but it just makes me think you're a bot just scanning me for keywords, and aren't actually able to handle my unorthodox problem. I might want to avoid human interaction, but not that much! Anyway, I'll be back to the bots later, once I find my roommate.
