Roommate Needed

So with <lj user="kehrli" leaving, we need a new roommate. I'd prefer someone we know, or someone known by someone we know, so I'm posting here first. It's a big room in a big house with a detached garage and a yard. Rent is $315 month plus one-fifth utilities. Right on a once-every-15-minutes bus line. Fifteen minute walk from downtown, near a grocery store. Our future roommate must be a non-smoker, be open-minded and content to live with four quiet, laid-back writers (of words and video games). They should like cats, but not have any themselves, as three is probably the limit for our house. Room officially available in January, though there might be a little leeway in later December.
