Full of aura this morning. it's such a strange feeling. After the initial wave of >blurgh!, nauseous deja vu! blurgh< I feel like I'm knocked out of phase with reality. Just a tiny bit. Don't know why it's so bad this morning. Maybe my body's like, "agh! What are you doing to me!!?" because of the diet (which is going well.) Certainly the subtle stress at work (which manages to be both slow and rushed at once) and having a zillion unexpected people standing around typesetting this morning didn't help.
But we got to hang out with Lanny Little for a bit, and talked about art and stuff. He's doing the art for an awesome job we're printing, and is a really cool guy.

Hopeful of Finding ~
Date: 2009-02-07 11:56 pm (UTC)I've found this site - I'm constant searching~ for connection with writers - in hopes of finding - others - fitting, accepting.
Would you be into 'telling' me a bit about your group?
Other than the messages in view here, for all to see, are you more than this - a writers/support ...? 'group'~ Or a place to find someone who may "click" as in 'inspiration' of friendly share the pass back and forth of ...word, thought?
I think myself a writer first, boldly, as I pen rambles ~ songs - a singer/songwriter I am~ who cannot stop the words from swirling - round inside - I "know" there are others ...where to find them exactly ...well, this is the explanation, a tiny piece of, my searching.
Would you have advice - ''where'' in Bellingham - or if online - anywhere - to find connection for a right fit.
I am 'not' experienced, but for 'my living', 'my doing' ... not a scholar of the written word (as in schooling) - I read and I write, barely thinking, I type - alone- this is a fine thing - yet ...searching~
Natalie Goldberg, Jack Kerowac - even Bukowski - the rolling out/rambling style, yes - still, I desire more experience - I read - loving a story told by the likes of Jane Hamilton, Barbara Kingsolver - wonderful creations - not that it all comes out of me this way - definitely more of a rambler, I am.
I'll leave 'it' at that - see if I hear back -
