Question, the Critic's Choice Awards are one right now - how did they slip under the radar?

On the other hand Dick Clark Productions, which does the GG ceremony, has apparently been trying to offer a similar deal to the one UA signed, and the general consensus is that the WGA is rejecting their offer largely to get the publicity surrounding the GG cancellation, which strikes me as rather fishy, and may be a violation of fair labor practice laws.
