So last night I wanted to chill out and do something mindless. I didn't have any movies I wanted to watch, I didn't have any Katamari or Civilization (which I really must remedy) so I poked through my sad collection of computer games and settled on Explore! A very mindless text-based game where you wander the desert, knowing you're going to die eventually, to see what you can see. It consists of hitting either the "Pace" button or"Run" button, looking at screen after screen of sand, and occasionally looting a skeleton or finding a shop mysteriously out there where you can buy water. On rare occasions, you find a pretty rock, or meet someone who gives you a puzzle to solve.

I solved one, and what did I win? A Leather Pride Flag.

I set it to "adult concepts," which is the middle level setting. I didn't realize it would shut everyone off! I'll go change it back. My blog isn't that bad, after all. :-P

It may not be everyone, it might just be that I never entered the year of my birthdate into LJ profile. I didn't even know they had settings for adult content nowadays!
