One thing I forgot to mention that happened to me in Seattle. I was in Westlake, standing in line in front of an ATM. The guy in front of me, I saw him draw out $300. When he left, and I went up to it, the ATm said, "Do you want another transaction?" Well, I said no, took the card, and ran half way across Westlake after this guy to give him his card. So now I feel a nice feeling of decency, for not stealing a shitload of money from him.

Yeah, that's happened to me twice before. One of the times, when I gave the card back to the guy, he started acted like a total dick and *still* treated me like a thief. He acted like he had just caught me walking out his front door with his VCR or something. He didn't even say 'thanks'! What a dick, I should have cleared out as much of his account as the machine would allow. >=(
