Dreams

First- . I spent the night with a bunch of BS'ers, where we were supposed to make a bunch of art for a show next month. I didn't really make anything, since 1, my visual art is more digital and abstract than comicky, and I'm really just hanging with the club for social reasons, and in the hope I'll be inspired to turn Rita the Space Prostitute into an actual comic. and 2, my energy is too damn focused into writing (even though, by writing this, I'm delaying digging into Part 2 of Raising Monsters.)

Anyway, I dreamed I was Zorro. I sat in a coffee shop, hoping someone would start a fight with me, and I could kick some ass. But nobody did, they just stared at me while I ate my poppyseed muffin. As I was leaving, I realized I didn't have my mask on, so no one knew I was Zorro, just another goth dressed in black.

What's with the muffin theme in my dreams lately?

That's such a rad dream. I'm trying to think of a good way to present it in comic format. For some reason, I'm thinking of it as a Too Much Coffee Man comic.

You could stick them in as a background character in HFR. Just show Zorro sitting in a corner with his muffin, hat and mask on the table, eyeing everyone suspiciously/hopefully. :) Never explain it.
