About 15 miles. That's quite a hike. (Okay, I admit it: I'm just proud of myself for knowing a rough miles-to-kilometer conversion.)

Usually I find physical activity to be a really good thing if I'm not doing well mentally. Endorphins get moving, it's easier to leave behind anything bothering you, and you sleep so much better afterwards. I have occasionally experienced a crash in the next day or two when soreness and fatigue hit -- make sure to take care of yourself tomorrow!
