Maggots in luggage locker delay US flight in Atlanta Check out one of the passenger's account: "felt like they were crawling all over me because it only takes one maggot to upset your world"

I don't want to know HOW so much that nasty meat got on board but WHY would this person have wanted it in the first place? Geesh!

Fantastic quote. Unfortunately, though, she followed it with, "These are anaerobic, flesh-eating larvae..." ... but last I checked, there was nothing anaerobic about maggots. (Except maybe the anaerobic bacteria that could possibly live deep in the depths of the same rotten meat?)

Either way, it's disgusting. How on earth did airport security NOT think that maggoty rotten meat was normal baggage? (And I second the WHY? too!)
