A lot of recognizable images last night, but all so vaguely remembered. drawings of Pirates, I thought, "am I illustrating Sän's Vampirates?" I don't think they were vampires though. There was one drawing of a pirate who had either just been cut in half, or cut himself in half. He was dissoving into flowers. And Ross was in one of them. I was happy that I could make a drawing that looked like someone. Also, helping Ilsa make her way around Paris on the trains. Funny, since I'm sure she knows as well as I.Lots of other things I don't remember.

Interesting... I love surreal dreams, the kind you cannot even explain when you wake up--not even to yourself. I get realistic dreams far too often :P

Pirates seem to be recuring theme for you. I had wondered what it might mean. I suppose it all depends on how you perceive pirates. If it had been my dream I am reletively sure it would have been cannibals eating my parents, and other fun stuff like that. Do these pirates leer at you and whistle? If so, you could always find yourself a construction worker, they're about the same level (both as far as intellect and sophistication go) then you could decide whether you'd like to kill him or have me kill him for a nominal fee.

Are pirates a recurring theme for me? I think I've only dreamt of them the once, probably because of San. It seems they're more of a recurring theme for YOU, though:)
Once, my astrological profile in Cosmo or something said my dream man was a construction worker. Blech. No offense to you construction workers, but hot sweaty bulky crude men don't turn me on much. I tend to go for the more swashbuckling type.

hmmm... i seriously think there is a connection between construction workers and swashbucklers... i tried to explain, let me try again. i think it is intriguing...

both are very physical life styles
both are very good with their hands
both are more into action than into words
both are slightly on the cocky_bastards (http://www.livejournal.com/~cocky_bastards) side
both are daring, dashing, and very competent
both have fine tuned senses to what is going on about them
and both are definate dreamers...

or maybe i am just lucky and know only romantic, cute, loving construction workers and not enough of the wackos?

Me? Nah. I had just read another one of your dreams which featured pirates posted some time ago. As for the shwashbuckling type, I'm afraid they're few and far between these days. However, construction workers make good money, if you can get past the utter lewdness.
