Rainforest reports

Empire's Daughters is the book I'm taking my time to write, because for so long, I realized it was beyond my skill level. Every now and then, I peck away at it. I keep thinking I'm up for it, but then...it's still beyond me. But it's a good way for me to push myself. I got one decent scene out my first day here at Rainforest, but subsequent work has been tainted by the caffeine I'm pumping myself with. I don't mind, though, since I figure I should at least get a first draft out, even if it's really drafty.
