We were waiting for Chelsea and her husband to secure a loan. That settled, I called a couple places, got one response, and lo! in less than 24 hours, we had a new house. When she got home from work, poor Keffy was bombarded with "we got a house we got a house! better like it or else!" Fortunately, that was less than an issue.
