nonionayGo read this, about regulations banning HIV+ people entering the country.
I guess technically, the regs are an improvement, but as I said on the regulations website, we shouldn't ban them at all, since a responsible HIV carrier isn't going to spread it, and all the regulations and visas in the world won't stop an irresponsible one.
