No, I just read a bunch and messed around with my cameras a bunch. (I do have an expensive camera, but my cheap little point and shoot does some amazing stuff. I just can't manually focus the damn thing. ) This trip, I actually feel like I leveled up, at least with regard to f-stops. (those determine how much of the shot will be in focus. I've been stubbornly sticking with extremely narrow fields of focus, but I'm finally figuring out what is appropriate for each shot.) And I take lots and lots and lots of pictures and pick out the best.
